Returns

Because each piece is unique and available in limited quantity, we are unable to offer traditional returns.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rigahaus.com with clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

All damage claims are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We ship both domestically and internationally. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier delays.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.

Once an order has shipped, Riga Haus is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, though we will assist in filing a claim when possible.
